Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities in new accounts through prospecting including following-up with hot leads, cold calling, email marketing campaigns and networking
  • Effectively present BSoft's strengths and differentiators during meetings and over the telephone with prospects.
  • Aggressive and active in competitive accounts, knowledgeable regarding competition and industry trends
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Develop and implement effective marketing plans.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle with accountability to engage Project Managers
  • Work with sales support team to create and deliver sales presentations and proposals

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4+ years in successful selling experience of IT services especially in custom application solutions, software as a services and managed services.
  • Ability to source leads, prospects and effective closer 
  • Excellent time manager 
  • Excellent phone, in-person and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and understand the clients businesses to develop solutions to exceed their needs
  • Excellent computer skills (MS CRM, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel).
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Self- motivated/ Ability to work with little or no supervision
  • Four years degree preferred but not required
